With access to such a broad fleet, we can provide the right truck to ship any type of goods - whether they are temperature sensitive, fragile or dangerous cargo. Among the trucks we frequently provide are, for example: Dry Vans, Refrigerated Vans, Flatbeds, Drop-decks, Step-decks and Roll-tites.

What’s the minimum load requirement?
We provide a variety of freight services and can accommodate loads of varying sizes, including: Full truckload and less than truckload. We don’t have any minimum, from one skid to one hundred, we can transport your goods.

What points do you serve?
All-Loads can provide you with service from any location to any location across Canada, the Continental U.S. (including Alaska) and Mexico.

How many service days are required to make a delivery?
How long a shipment will take depends entirely on your needs. Our focus is on providing you with the level of response that will best serve your requirements - at the lowest cost - and just-in-time delivery of all our shipments. For example, we can provide expedited service if that is what is required. Or if arrival time is not your prime issue, a slower delivery time can reduce your cost.

Do you provide load tracking and follow-up?
Meeting your shipping deadline is vital. We closely monitor and track your load and every stage of its journey. And, we ensure that you are informed every step of the way until your shipment has arrived.

What if I have special requirements?
Any unique requirement of your load can be accommodated to ensure that your delivery arrives safely - whether you need temperature control or an air-ride trailer, or you simply need bars, straps or blankets.

What additional services can I obtain?
All-loads can provide you with logistics services, warehousing, cross docking, and expedited service if you require it.

Do you handle personal or household moves?
Our business is primarily commercial. We can refer you to several household moving companies for full service relocation services. We provide over-the-road services to several prominent moving companies but we are not for hire by the public for this service.

Who handles customs clearance?
We rely on our customers to have their own customs broker. If you need assistance arranging a customs broker, we can refer you to some customs brokers that come highly recommended by our existing clients.

Are your trucks insured ?
Yes. Our truckers and drivers are all insured.
